  MMRDA has undertaken the prestigious Mumbai Urban Transport Project. Under the project, the slum dwellers which are affected due to construction of additional rail lines needs to be rehabilitated. Mrs. Neha A. Khair is acting as an architect for this project. The project involves construction of about 1600 tenaments of 225 sq. ft each on the plot of 2.00 Ha.
